I’m looking for a lodger to share my one-bedroom flat in Kemptown. You’ll have exclusive use of the spacious bedroom, and we’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
That said, the living room must remain free of your personal belongings, as I’ll occasionally return from London and use it during my time off.
Council Tax, Water, and Broadband – all covered in the rent;
Gas & Electricity – pay-as-you-go via key meter and gas card.
Located on the 13th floor of a high-rise with uninterrupted north/northeast views.
Double-glazed enclosed balcony with wide-opening windows.
Just 2 minutes from the seafront, Kemptown is a peaceful neighbourhood with character, offering a perfect balance between seaside calm and city buzz.
Surrounded by local amenities: Co-op mini market, pubs, wine bars, and restaurants.
You’re just a minute away from the bus stop, so getting into town couldn’t be easier (Buses 1 - 7 - 2)
A discounted rate (£90) may be considered for those seeking Monday–Friday occupancy only. The bedroom will remain exclusively yours over the weekend, so you’re welcome to leave your belongings there.
