Double room

I’ve got a double bedroom which has a double bed, desk, bedside cabinet and large built in wardrobe.
The room is at the rear of the building and therefore very quiet, there’s a separate bathroom (not en-suite).
The lounge and kitchen are shared with resident landlord , all bills are included and the flat has WiFi.
The building has entry-phone access, cctv in the communal areas and the flat is on the third floor with lift access to communal landing shared with 2 other flats.
The landlord is a retired wheelchair disabled man who is permanently in residence.
Overnight guests are allowed with prior permission from the landlord.
