The flat is a 5 minute walk from the Old Steine & The Lanes. Brighton station is a 15 minute walk. Parking zone C.
Rooms available: £475 and £450 (the size of the room is reflective in the price)
Bills are approx £150 a month.
I’m looking for 2 new housemates who are relaxed, like to be social and will think of this as their home! Ideally looking for housemates that have similar work schedules, preferably 9-5 🙂
Little bit about me, I’m Abbie (she/her), I’m 30, work as a special educational needs tutor and have started a mental health CIC. I work both in person and from home. I’m a big fan of board games, karaoke, pub quizzes, crocheting and reading. If you’re down for a games and wine night, watching trash TV or a pint at the pub then I’d love to hear from you!
