Double room

Hey I'm Kieran and I'm currently looking for a house mate for my flat in Kemptown. It is a large double room that is available, rent is £675. The location is great, 2 minutes from the beach, close to town and fairly quiet for Kemptown. There is a spacious kitchen and communal bathroom including toilet and shower. There is also a large communal lounge to share. I'm a working professional with a 9-5 role, I work in the office most days, however occasionally work from home (in my bedroom). So the lounge would be available if you work from home. I am a fairly social person, and enjoy going to pubs, playing games so would be great to find someone with similar interests, however also appreciate time by myself. Bills all included approx (summer) 760 and highest 840 in Winter months depending on gas use etc .Please get in touch if you would be interested in coming for a viewing
