Existing flatmates are all professionals aged between 28 and 32. Preferably we’d be looking for someone who does not work from home full time. We all enjoy each other's company but happy to hang out separately.
This is a communally minded house. We are ideally looking for people who keep shared spaces clean and tidy. Everyone chips in with cleaning to make this a nice place. We are social but this is not a party house. We are a kind, considerate and friendly household - people from all walks of life are welcome. We are looking for someone like minded. 
Smokers are welcome but smoking is strictly outdoors.

The room itself is a good size and easily accommodates a double bed + storage items. The en-suite has a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, and window for good ventilation. Because the room is at the back of the house it is very quiet - you can't hear traffic noise at all.
