Your two flat mates are 2 neat & tidy Filipino healthcare professionals, 1 female, 1 male, who work shifts at the Royal Sussex County hospital, a short walk from the flat. Both have been at the flat for several years. We can connect you with them as part of your evaluation of the room and the flat once you have visited and if you are keen to find out more.

Your landlord (us!) is responsive and responsibly minded. This is our only rental property managed directly by ourselves, and we live in the area.

Location-wise, the flat is very close to the hospital, a big Lidl and a range of other shops and food / take away outlets. It's a short walk to Sussex Square, Kemp Town, the beach and Brighton Marina. There are many buses that leave to the city centre and other routes, from the Lidl.

The Room is perfect for a young professional / couple working at the hospital or the city center. The price quoted is for single occupancy. The price for a couple can be discussed on application.
