Friendly communal house, great vibes and location

We have two rooms available in our beautiful 5-bedroom Kemptown house:

- one double available on the ground floor
- second is a double room available on the second floor

You'll be living with Oisean, who loves nature, chilling and good conversations, Sandi, a game developer and local queer activist, and Kat, a compliance manager and a big fan of anything rainbow, fluffy or pink. We love communal living and are looking for someone who enjoys this too :)

A bit about the house:
- Fully furnished, but there's potentially room for a few extra pieces
- A bright kitchen, lounge and basement music and movie/games room with a huge screen
- Outdoor bath (dreamy!) and fire pit in the small garden

About the area:
- Kemptown is gorgeous
- There are independent shops and amazing restaurants and coffee shops right on our road, and we are right next door to three grocery stores
- 5 mins walk to the beach, with stunning sunsets and sunrises
- 20-minute walk into Brighton centre or the South Downs
- Beautiful cliff walks nearby.

About the rooms:
- The first room is on the ground floor and comes with double bed, desk, bedside table/chest of drawers and wardrobe, coffee table, plus shelves. It’s at the front of the house with a big south facing bay window, loads of light
- the second is on the top floor with great views over the rooftops towards the hospital, and quieter as it's at the back - all furniture included!!

How we live:
- Vegetarian household, lots of communal cooking and eating together. If we cook communal it's vegan/veggie 😊
- We get a weekly organic veg box and wholesale food deliveries from Infinity Foods co-op
- Food, bills and communal activities (‘Pasta Monday' etc. plus fortnightly cleaning) are bought together and shared equally on Splitwise
- We like making and listening to music, boogies in the basement, cosy nights in, creative projects, putting the world to rights, exploring Brighton, beach walks and sea swims
- The house revolves around cups of tea and friendly vibes
- We also have a lovely community of friends in Kemptown.
