Furnished Double Room in Kemptown

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is starting a masters! The flat is a newly renovated and furnished 2-bed flat in Kemptown. It’s located close to the sea and Kemptown shops and is a quick walk to the city centre. It also has frequent bus links to Brighton station, the Lanes and Hove.

The flat has a large TV, washing machine, and unlimited broadband included as well as all the regular kitchen amenities incl. a toaster and air fryer. The bedroom has a double bed with bedding, bedside tables, storage area, an open wardrobe, coat hangers, a fan and a heater.

A little about me: I'm a 22 year old professional working in the Civil Service. I work three times a week from home and two times a week in London, and live with my cat, Lia, who is very friendly and appreciates a cuddle every now and then as well.

I'm looking for a roommate for the second room in the flat after the 21st of June. Ideally, I'd be looking for someone who keeps common areas clean and is up for a chat as well as respecting personal space. My roommate's room has been off limits for my cat as well, so that can continue if you'd prefer a cat-free bedroom.
