Double bedroom in lovey friendly Kemptown House

9 Seymour Square is a private square, it has a shared garden, free off street parking and is a couple of minutes from the beach. It is a lovely furnished double Bedroom with lots of storage and views of trees and St Georges Church., Your bathroom is shared with one other person. There is also a cloakroom (toilet) in the basement. There is a shared: lounge, large kitchen diner, utility/laundry room, garage space (for storing bikes etc), balcony and access to the flat roof for sunbathing.
Unfortunately we will not be considering homeworkers for this room. We are looking for a friendly, chilled, easy going female. We enjoy cooking and sometimes share meals. We also share domestic chores. There is a small dog who often stays and two cats.
