I’m looking to fill 2 rooms in the rented house I've been in for almost a year. The couple I live with are moving on so I’m keen to get two nice chill people or a couple in:)
Location: Kemptown. Sutherland Road, near Queens Park and all the good Kemptown/Hanover pubs 😛

The house is 3 story, 2 bathrooms, private garden, bike/outside storage.

As a 3 bed, this house has 2 living rooms and a spacious separate kitchen. (Up also up for making it a 4 bed)
As a 3 bed, There are 2 large double rooms or 1 smaller double room (still good sized with storage) available as bedrooms as we can swap around the 2nd living room. Happy to determine room price by size - the max being £900, min £750

I’m Tess, Ive rented in Brighton for nearly 10 years. I work in the Art department of a school during the week, and usually travel or chill and do side-quests in school holidays.
I love nature, walking and hiking and enjoy having a little courtyard garden. I sea and pool swim, sauna, and love food and film.

I’m up for a chilled home environment, peaceful but up for dinners, mates over, drinks, pub trips etc etc. At home I’ll be reading, making stuff, watching tv and films, playing music (at respectable volumes x) and cooking. I like to do these things with others as much as I enjoy my own company too:) . I smoke on occasion but always outdoors.
