The flat has a large shared living room and adjoining kitchen in which the flatmates share. The kitchen features a gas oven, dishwasher, large fridge, 2x freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The current housemates are super friendly, laid back, respectful and looking for someone to add to this vibe. We are not a big party house however we are of course partial to the odd night out and having friends over now and then.
Additional bills are between £120- £150 and this includes Gas, Electric, WiFi and council tax.
The room comes furnished and this is non-negotiable in the rental term.
