Bright double room available in Kemptown

We have a lovely room available in our Kemptown home, just a short walk from the beach. The room faces the garden, with a tall ceiling, a beautiful bay window, and plenty of natural light. It comes unfurnished, so you can really make it your own.

You’ll be living with Holly and Steve – two good friends who first met in Ibiza. They’re both full-time professionals who work from home. Holly also DJs part-time. They’re into house/disco, going to events.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just after a room, but also a friendly home – someone who enjoys the occasional drink or night out together, and who’s tidy and considerate.

Rent: £650 per month
Bills: £80–£100
