1 double bedroom to rent in Kemptown

Hi,
I'm living in a 2 bedrooms flat in the heart of Kemptown and I need someone to take my tenancy on the 13th of October, because I'm leaving the flat.

I have 1 double bedroom unfurnished, there is a possibility to buy my bed, my mattress and the mattress protection for 350 pounds (king size bed + Emma mattress, very good quality).
Except the bedroom, all the flat is already furnished, my current flatmate stays in the flat.

The tenancy is until mid-July with the opportunity for a short-term let of 3 months. The rent is 812 pounds per month without bills. Moreover we have a no deposit option, so you don't need to pay any deposit.

The flat is lovely, 10 min from town and just next to bus stops and at 2min from the seafront, Morrisons shop and different coffee shops.
