Flatmate wanted!

Hi,

I’m Lisa 👋🏼 My housemate and I (Riya) have a room to let in the lovely flat that we share in Kemptown.

Riya and I are 26 and 27 and moved to Brighton last August. We met here and have become great friends 💓
We are both doctors working around Brighton and are keen to share our flat with someone easy going and chill. We like going out, having a drink, eating nice food and cooking, watching movies, listening to music or attending gigs, and going to the gym. We like a relatively tidy flat and it’s a smallish space so pretty easy to keep clean.

The flat itself spans 3 floors including a private rooftop terrace with a view of the sea. The very spacious living room windows also have a wonderful view of the sea!
Paying the price of the beautiful sea view and rooftop terrace, the flat is at the top of several stairs and there is no lift (lol). We have acclimatised so it’s do-able :) The kitchen features all the essentials - oven, microwave, kettle, table and chairs, fridge but not a freezer - we purchased our own mini freezer which is full, so i suggest getting one of your own.
there’s storage cupboards in the flat also, and parking if you pay the permit fee.

The front of the property is very close to the beach via the steps across the road.
The backside of the property features an exit that enters directly into the streets of Kemptown with lots of lovely cafe’s, bars and quirky shops, and a very short 8 minute walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
Your bedroom faces kemptown direction and has space for a double bed and some other furniture. The room comes with limited furniture to include a desk with drawers and another wooden cupboard. The room heats up nicely when the heat is on, and does not get too hot in the summer either.

Bills are not included but we share these together, council tax is another fee that must be accounted for.
