Kind flatmate sought for place by the sea

Small furnished double room available in Seaview flat in Kemptown (room is 2.7x3.0m) Due the size of the place, it's sadly not suitable for pets and/or couples, or regular wfh.

I'm Bea, I'm 27 and I've been living in this gorgeous little apartment for 5 years now. I work at Brighton Dome two days a week, and at another gallery and venue on a freelance basis as well.

I am also a yoga teacher- so there are times when I will use the living space to see clients or run workshops both in the day time and maybe one or two evenings or weekend afternoons per week, at these times this will take priority in the living room. So, I would really prefer to share with someone who doesn't regularly WFH more than 2 days a week ( to be agreed/discussed ).



My other interests include art, hiking + exploring nature, yoga, tarot cards, and also things like sharing a good tv show or checking out a new restaurant or cafe.

 I would love to live with a sociable flatmate, maybe someone to share meals with a couple of nights a week, or heading out every now and then.

As the flat is compact, it's important that we have a conscious and kind attitude to sharing the space, and can get on well. I also like having friends over for food from time to time, this is a social place, but not a party place, or a crash pad. 

Importantly, I am vegetarian would really like to live with someone who won't bring meat or fish products into the flat.
