Kemptown maisonette with balcony

Hello 🌸 we are a creative household who are looking for a new friendly housemate. We would like the place to feel homely and sociable. My name is Ocean, I love trying new things and talking about everything and nothing. I study Music and I dabble in all sorts of crafts. I'm 23 and I love swimming, reading, fashion and music production. My Housemate Beth and I have a shared interest in crafts/ art design and she studies art. Tommy is a physiotherapist and sings and makes music. Aaron has interests in film and works at the supermarket.
- The room has a double bed and comes with a desk, chair, mattress and built in storage.
- The tenancy will preferably begin on 14th October (can be moved slightly later if needed) and will end on 14th June 2026.
- The place is situated in Kemptown with great bus routes and lots of cool independent quirky shops around. It's a couple minutes walk to the sea so it's a really lovely spot if you like to visit the beach :).
- we pay cheap bills from £10- £40 a month each and WiFi is £8 pppm.
- The place comes with the added tumble dryer and dishwasher which comes in really handy.
