Large Double Room by Sea in Brighton, 5 Month Let

Lovely light large room with lots of storage and sole use of big bathroom with shower and bath. Furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and chest of drawers. Room available for 5 months (Jan-May) while current occupant is away travelling. You would be living with me, a 31yo freelance yoga teacher and writer.

The room is in a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms and extra storage outside. There is shared use of an open plan kitchen and sitting room. The flat has high ceilings, big windows and lots of natural light.

The area is lovely and village-like, with a cafe next door and lots of little shops and pubs. We are a 2 minute walk from the sea and 20 minute walk from the centre of town/15 min bus to station.

Room would be perfect for a female or a couple (monthly cost for a couple would be approx £1125 with bills included). We are looking for someone who appreciates a nice homely space, clean and tidy environment and a peaceful atmosphere.
