Small double room in kemptown

Hello,
One of our housemates is leaving and needs someone to take over the room.
Its a small double room in a great location in kemptown only 3min to the beach, a 10min walk to city centre and on the bus route.
There is on street council permit parking around the area but no specific parking spot for the house
This is a pet friendly house although small pets are preferred because of room size and no cats due to allergies. The house has a large living room that we've taken time to decorate and make feel homely, a good sized garden and patio area.
The room is unfurnished but current housemate is happy to leave items such as bed frame if required.
There are steps leading up to the front garden and front door.
We're quite a social house while also appreciating our own time and all get along really well so it would be lovely to have someone like minded join us living here.
I'm (29 she/her) a sales rep and artist. I enjoy cooking, reading, being in nature and going to events.
Our other housemate (35 he/him) works in insurance, loves singing and making costumes.
We're not a party house but do enjoy socialising and our house is in a great location for it. We sometimes get together for cocktails before heading to a drag show aswell.
