Hello!
One of our housemates (Emily) is leaving and needs someone to take over the room. available now
£808 all bills included.
It's a small double room in a great location in Kemptown only 3min to the beach, a 10min walk to city centre and on lots of bus routes with stops just outside.
There is on street council permit parking around the area but no specific parking spot for the house.
This is a pet friendly house, though no cats due to allergies.
The house has a large living room that we've taken time to decorate and make feel homely, a good sized garden and an extra patio area.
The room is unfurnished but current housemate is happy to leave items such as wardrobe and shelving if required.
We're quite a social house while also appreciating our own time and all get along really well, so it would be lovely to have someone like minded join us living here.
I'm Jess, (29 she/her) a sales rep and artist. I enjoy cooking, reading, being in nature and going to events.
Our other housemate Leigh (35 he/him) works in insurance, loves singing and making costumes.
We're not a party house but do enjoy socialising and our house is in a great location for it. We sometimes get together for homemade cocktails before heading to a show aswell.
