Bright Ensuite Attic Room w/ Sea Views in Kemptown

Hello! I’m renting out the top-floor in my sunny Kemptown maisonette for the next few months. It’s usually an Airbnb in the summer, but I’m looking for a friendly lodger (or a few short-term ones) before I reopen it in spring.

The room’s lovely and bright, on its own private floor with a comfy double bed, ensuite bathroom, and beautiful sea views. There’s also a sunny roof terrace where you can sit with a coffee or glass of wine and watch the waves — it’s a really peaceful spot.

About the home:
- Spacious 3–4 storey maisonette right by the seafront
- Private attic room with ensuite
- Shared kitchen and living space (kept clean and relaxed)
- South-facing roof terrace with sea views
- Wi-Fi and all bills included
- Location:
Kemptown – close to the beach, cafés, independent shops, and a short walk into town.

Availability & Christmas:
Available now for short or medium stays.
Ideally, I’d like to have the place to myself on Christmas Day
Open to the right person staying a bit longer – up until spring (March/April)

Rent (bills included):
- £375 per week for stays of 1–4 weeks
- £325 per week for stays of 4+ weeks
- Couples: £400–425/week (short stays only)

About me:
Hi, I'm B. I'm a creative, friendly person. I love singing, especially jazz and improv. I also like doing creative projects, cooking, swimming and having fun with friends. I’m neurodivergent, and appreciate open, honest communication and a little space to recharge sometimes. I like making my home cosy and beautiful.

Looking for:
Someone friendly, easy-going, and considerate, who will enjoy the space and treat it like a home. Short-term couples welcome, but ideally a single lodger for longer stays. References may be requested.
