Double room in lovely flat in KempTown!

Looking for a lovely flatmate (female preference but not a dealbreaker) to replace me in this two bedroom flat in Kemptown. Flexible on move in date.

About the flat: Lovely interior - the room itself, comes partly furnished with a double bed and potentially some other bits (open to requests) and it has small amount of space for yoga / home workouts if that's important.

You'd be sharing with one other female (more info on her below :)) who is professional as well as studying. The vibe is open to socialising whilst also having our own space.

There is a courtyard which you are free to use / garden in if you like, and the lounge has plenty of space for chiilling in front of the TV as well as dining in.

Bills come to around £150 a month. Parking wise, it is permit parking not free.

Great location, lovely space and well connected - the no 7, no 1 and no 2 bus stop is literally 3 mins from the door step!

My name is Kristin and I am a (young at heart) 40 year old who has lived in Brighton for the past three years and absolutely love it. I am originally American (don't hold that against me ha!), but have lived outside the US for the past seven years.

Next September, I am hoping to begin a PhD at a local uni and I currently work remotely as a consultant for U. S. charities, from a coworking space in central Brighton. I would love a flatmate who preferably doesn't work from home full time, and who wouldn't mind the occasional dinner / movie / series watch together. Totally cool if you like your space as well!

I am very clean and tidy and so that would be a priority for a flatmate as well. I do love to be social and I am an extrovert, but for me that's usually outside of the flat. However, I am happy for someone that enjoys hosting friends from time to time and love a good games night.
