Due to unforeseen circumstances I am looking for someone to take over my very large, furnished, double room for the remainder of my tenancy, which will terminate on 9th August 2026.

You will be sharing with 2 x 19yr old laid back, male, music students of Waterbear who play guitar. Any questions feel free to ask. You would be also be required to pay £114 per month for the bills package which covers all your utilities including unlimited gas and electric, tv license, water rates and broadband. You would need to apply to Brighton Council for council tax exemption as a student.
