Peaceful Double Room with own en-suite

The spacious property, is bright, peaceful, sunny and warm (cool in Summer). A ten minute walk to the seafront, the Downs and the delights of Kemptown. I am a Queer, veggie with leftie politics, who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy, looking for a similar woman to share with. I enjoy my own company but I am equally happy to have a chat and a cuppa. I have been an Airbnb super host and I enjoyed the experience.

The available large, double bedroom is located with its own bathroom/toilet all on the ground floor, overlooking the garden. My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs on the second floor, with the kitchen and living room/balcony on the first. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped, (dishwasher/microwave/air fryer etc).

The initial contract would be for six months only and then if mutually agreeable it could be continued, at the same rental cost for the remainder of the year.

Please only contact me if you have full time employment (not working from home). I might consider a shorter three/four months let and/or a Monday to Friday rental. A person with a reasonable level of fitness is required, as I live on a steep hill. The house is close to the Royal Sussex Hospital., so perfect for a professional who works here. There is also a bus stop at the end of my road to take you into town. Thanks for your interest!
