Peaceful Double Room with own en-suite

This spacious property, is bright, peaceful, sunny and warm (cool in Summer). A ten minute walk to the seafront, the Downs and the delights of Kemptown. I am a Queer, spiritual, veggie, with leftie politics, who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy, looking for a similar female to share with. I will be away travelling for some of the time, so I need someone who will take good care of the property in my absence. I enjoy my own company but I am equally happy to have a chat and a cuppa.

The large, double bedroom is located with its own bathroom/toilet all on the ground floor, overlooking the garden. My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs on the second floor, with the kitchen and living room/balcony on the first. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped, (dishwasher/microwave/air fryer etc).

The initial contract would be for six months and then possibly longer.

Ideally you have full time employment outside of the home. A reasonable level of fitness is required, as I live on a steep hill. The house is close to the Royal Sussex Hospital., so perfect for a professional who works there. There is also a bus stop at the end of my road to take you into town. Thanks for your interest!
