The property is peaceful, airy and spacious. I am a kind, considerate, clean and tidy person looking for a similar female to share with. The large double bedroom is located with its own bathroom/toilet all on the ground floor, so it’s easy for you to come and go as you please. I live upstairs, with a cat, so an animal kind person is essential. Access to kitchen (dishwasher/microwave etc) and living room would be upstairs on the first floor. Option for parking on driveway for an additional £50 a month. The initial contract would be for three months and then if mutually agreeable could be continued at the same rental cost.
