Peaceful Double Room with own en-suite

The property is peaceful, sunny, warm and spacious, a ten minute walk to the seafront, the Downs and the delights of Kemptown. I am a veggie with leftie politics, who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy, looking for a similar female to share with. I enjoy my own company but I am equally happy to have a chat and a cuppa. I have been an Airbnb super host and I enjoyed the experience. The available large double bedroom is located with its own bathroom/toilet all on the ground floor, so it’s easy for you to come and go as you please. My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs on the second floor, with the kitchen and living room/balcony on the first. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped, (dishwasher/microwave/air fryer etc). The initial contract would be for three months and then if mutually agreeable it could be continued at the same rental cost. Please only contact me if you have full time employment (preferably not working from home) and a home of your own to stay at on the weekends. A reasonable level of fitness is required as I live on a hill, close to the Royal Sussex Hospital. Thanks for your interest!
