Please note there is currently some scaffolding on the front of the building- expected works for a couple of months

Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to share my place in Kemptown with- the flat has stunning sea views from the front room, a new kitchen (fitted December 2024) and a bathroom with bath.

I'm Bea, I'm 28, I've been living in this gorgeous little apartment for 5 years now. I work in events for an arts charity, including from home 1-2 days a week. Occasionally, work late (home at midnight/ 1am) at the venue as well.

I also teach yoga, and enjoy attending yoga and other movement classes or heading to the sauna or for coffee with friends! I also enjoy hiking/nature, art exhbitions and learning new things!

I spend one or two nights a week at my boyfriends house, and he would also be staying at mine around 2 nights a week

I'm quite social, and will head out to meet friends or go to a class some evenings, but also love a weekly flat meal, tv night or pub night!

I'm planning to potentially run small yoga classes from the front room, maybe once week in the near future, so might take over use of the front room for those times.

I'm vegeterian, would find someone who also wouldn't cook meat at home- It would be ideal to find someone with a similar schedule where you are out for work at least a few days a week!
