This is the whole basement of a large and unique family house (a converted warehouse) situated three minutes from the beach and within easy reach of the city. There is a shared entrance with the rest of the property but it has its own kitchen (with adequate but minimal cooking facilities) and bathroom. Lots of space, big double bed, sofa and coffee table.

Resident in the house upstairs is Dora the rescue dog who is friendly but nervous and fairly demanding. Dog lover essential - ideally someone who would enjoy occasional walks to the beach with Dora!
