Humongous room in the heart of Kemptown

A beautiful, huuuuuge room has become available to rent in the heart of Kemptown, off the main road and on a very quiet street, 5 mins away from the beach. The house itself has a huge living room, a second bedroom and a private garden and you're most welcome to have BBQs there or chill in the summer months (or winter if that's also your vibe). The room comes furnished with a bed and a mattress if you want it, or you can bring your own and it has two double door wardrobes for your own use so a lot of space for your stuff.

You will be living with one other person (me) and my cat Lucifer. I am LGBTQ+, super chill, tidy and sober. Love being active, cooking and chilling at home with my cat. Im looking for someone who enjoys keeping their house a safe space with a chill vibe.
