We are moving out of our home, located at college gardens in Kemptown and we're looking for four replacements available to move end of February early March time. (Dates can be flexible).

Each room is a double! Though the room at the front of the house is a larger space.
All together the rent is £2,700 monthly without bills (roughly £675 each).
The house is unfurnished, however we will be offering some spare furniture to have or to buy.
