Double room with own shower room (rarely used by owner) and shared use of large kitchen/dining room with a sunny balcony.

Less than 10 minutes walking distance from the hospital/seafront. Lovely quiet road in sought-after area of Kemptown. Excellent bus routes, with nearby supermarkets/shops.

Applicant needs to like cats, as I have a very friendly one – however my cat will respect the privacy of your room. I have a hospital surgeon living with me now, who is leaving end of March. We have got on very well and she has found that the flexible five days have really worked well for her shift pattern.
