2 bed flat in Kemptown on seafront

I’m renting a beautiful two-bed flat right on the seafront in Kemptown, just a short walk from the hospital and Sea Lanes.

The available room is a spacious double with a built-in wardrobe, furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers (happy to remove these if you have your own furniture).

The flat itself is pretty special — a stunning living room with large sash windows overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a lovely bathroom with both bath and shower, and plenty of storage throughout. My bedroom is at the back of the flat, so there’s a great sense of space and privacy between the rooms.

A bit about me:
I’m 31, originally from the UK, and have lived in Brighton for three years. I work at the hospital and do a mix of day and night shifts — so if I’m on nights, you’ll often have the flat to yourself 🙂‍↔️
I love running or cycling along the seafront, paddleboarding, hiking, and generally being outdoors. I’m also into cooking, a good glass of wine in the evening, movie nights, and having friends over occasionally. I enjoy heading out too — pubs, live music, and the odd boogie 🪩 I’d love to find a housemate who’d enjoy sharing some of that, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.

The room is £750 per month. Bills are approximately £185 each (gas, electric, water, council tax, and internet) and should decrease a bit as the weather warms up.
