Large room in lovely Kemptown flat

Looking for a new flatmate in our lovely two bedroom basement flat in Kemptown - 5 mins from the sea and in the lovely Kemptown village area. The flat is really spacious and gets good light even though it's in the basement. It's a bargain for the area too.

You would be sharing with me. I work freelance in theatre, so am sometimes working from home but often away for work too. I'm a pretty relaxed flatmate, like to keep things tidy and comfortable, up for sharing food and wine and putting the world to rights. I treat home as a sanctuary from the chaos of the outside world and hopefully you will too. I also have a 3 year old cat, Audrey, so if you don't like cats or are allergic this flat is probably not for you!

Looking for someone open minded and chill, self sufficient but also up for socialising - it's a great flat for a dinner party or, on occasion, a bigger party!
