Hi, I have a lovely double room for rent in the heart of kemp town Brighton. I offer a home not just a lodging. I am a live in landlady with a cute little dog. You will have the use of all appliances and kitchenware. The house is very similar to a country cottage style internally, its cosy and warm. I know how important it is to have your own personal space and this will always be given. All bus stops are just minutes away along with cafes, shops and the beach. A South facing garden to soak up the sun rays with the use of the bbq if you wanted to entertain your friends too. My preferred choice would be a profession female who is vegan, veggie or pescatarian. Loves animals! Someone who is more on the quiet side. The rent is £650 per month bills included.
