Lovely spacious beachside room in Kemptown house

Moving out of my room in Kemptown after 2 years, the location is great being so close to the beach & the housemates are lovely too. You’d be sharing with 2 boys and a girl all professional so no students. On this floor is just this room, and there are 2 bathrooms one with a shower in and one with a roll top bath.

Professional, you can work from home as the desk is there - I bought it but happy to leave to the next tenant as it fits so well in the space. All other furniture is included with a built in wardrobe too.

Bills come to around £100 a month, 2min from the beach & the house has a roof terrace you can enjoy. It’s a private landlord too, am running interviews this week message me if you’re interested :)
