A double room in a house with a quiet family of 3

A double room available to rent in a house currently occupied by a family of 3 (mum and 2 teens). We have 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens and our bedrooms are on upper floors, so you will have a lot of privacy.

We have a fluffy dog, we keep her in the upper floor living room so you do not have to interact with her, if you prefer not to.

There is a separate entrance on the same floor where the room is, space outside and a patio at the back.

We are friendly and sociable but will respect your space and privacy :)

It can be furnished or unfurnished. There is gch, double-glazing, modern decor wooden floor/white walls, fire place.
