Double room in clean and friendly house

We have a large sunny room in our big Kemptown house. The house is secure and spacious and in a great location, just 2 minutes away from the hospital and 1 minute away from the seafront.

We are looking for someone clean and considerate to live with us. We are not a party house but we’re all friends and have lived here for a few years so we are looking for someone who would also become a friend.

The most important thing is that you are someone who cleans up after yourself, while we have a really spacious house with 4 of us using one kitchen it’s important to clean as you go so we can all enjoy the space and things stay tidy. Everyone has their own definition of clean 😅 ours would be that someone making dinner shouldn’t having to cook in a dirty kitchen or clean up your stuff because you made lunch and left everything out to do later.

We have a balcony and cosy living room with a big sofa and dining table, we hang out there almost every evening watching TV and chatting. We’re easy going, friendly and intelligent professionals who enjoy talking, going out occasionally, dancing, cooking, tennis, volleyball, pilates, yoga, more talking and watching TV. We’re quite an international bunch between us we are French and Indian and Australian.

You will be sharing a bathroom with two other girlys but we have never really had bathroom clashes. It’s a shower not a bath if that’s important to you.

The house does have its own secure parking driveway which you can use if you need.

Move in date is the 15th of September so we need someone who can move quickly, deposit is £773

The girly leaving is happy to leave behind the wardrobe for free but this can be removed if you don’t want it.
