Master Room En-Suite off the seafront

Hi 👋 I’m a 31-year-old doctor working in Brighton, and there is a large master room with en-suite available now where I live. My flatmate is moving out and my landlady and I are looking for someone lovely to share our home. She is overseas most of the time, and her room is in a separate annex at the back of the property. We get on very well and it would be great to find someone who will enjoy sharing with us.

I work Monday–Thursday and tend to have a fairly busy week, so I really value having a home that feels relaxed, comfortable and easy to come back to.

I’m originally from the Middle East and enjoy all kinds of food and cooking, particularly Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food. I’m very open to different diets and dietary preferences, and I enjoy having dinner with my flatmates from time to time, as well as sharing a drink or having a chat when we’re both around. I’m not looking to live completely separately, but I equally value having our own space and independence.

I’m clean and tidy. I don’t smoke and don’t have any pets. Outside work, I enjoy travelling, getting outdoors, playing tennis and padel, and going hiking.

There is front patio and a courtyard and it has access to a beautiful private communal garden for residents. I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy-going who would enjoy a similar kind of home environment.
All bills are included except the utilities which are shared, roughly about £90 monthly per person
