Ideal location to walk to Royal Sussex County Hospital or American Express. There are plenty of bars & restaurants nearby.
The room will be redecorated in the next couple of weeks and will be available at the end of June. The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, table and stool. It has a wardrobe area between the bedroom and en-suite.
The kitchen is large and has a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven & washing machine.
Lounge is a good size with 2 settees - plenty of room to relax and chill out!
Broadband is installed along with Virgin TV with sports channels.
I am 30 year old male looking to share with one similar aged professional, male or female. My 2 previous lodgers have both been junior doctors who enjoyed the combination of a peaceful flat with the proximity of the hospital and city centre.
