Massive double room with a sea view (inc. bills)

We are offering a very large and bright sea view room in our home. The room comes fully furnished with built in mirror wardrobes and 3 big windows. Our house is situated right by East Brighton Park, a ten minute walk from Brighton marina and Kemptown, and only five minutes from the downs, so plenty of beautiful places to walk.
You will have use of a shared bathroom with 2 others, a beautiful modern kitchen which is large and well equipped, shared with 4 of us .
We are friendly but generally keep to ourselves, maybe a chat while making supper. We are looking for a working professional or student, we are a family home and are looking for someone respectful, tidy and who is happy to do their share of the housework once a week.
The garden is a bit wild, but large, and roommates can feel free to use it.
