I have a spare room to rent for MARCH 2014 in a 2 bedroom flat in Kemp Town from Feb 28th, its very near the Marina & Hospital.
My name is Victoria, I am away staying in London for half the week so a reliable flatmate who can look after the place while I'm away would be great.
I am moving out the last day of March so the spareroom is only available until then.
The room is a small double, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
There is a communal lounge with big bay windows. The flat is full of natural light and good vibes.
The kitchen is functional (w/ washing machine) and leads off the lounge, the flat has one bathroom with shower over the (new) bath. Just got the new EE fibre broadband WIFI which is fast!
It's £150per week with all bills included (Internet, water, heating, rent, council tax, Wifi)
No Deposit.
