Large double room - sharing with 2 junior doctors

My name is Lauren, I'm 25 and moved down to Brighton from London last August to start my new job at the Royal Sussex County Hospital. I enjoy dancing, going to clubs (especially latin clubs), cooking, watching movies and travelling. My 3 housemates are sadly moving back to London in August and I'm staying! I've found 1 really nice girl to move in and am looking to fill the other 2 rooms (preferably not with doctors, as it's nice to have a mix!)

The place is a very large 4-bedroom flat located right by the sea, in the heart of Kemp Town, 1 min walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital. The parking area is Zone H where there are always plenty of spaces and no waiting list for a permit! It's so much nicer than anything else i've seen (and i'd been house hunting for weeks!) and for a similar price. There are 2 large double rooms at £500 and £530/month plus bills (one of these is already taken), and the small room is £420/month. There is a modern kitchen with all the mod cons, large living room with balcony overlooking the ocean, lots of additional hallway cupboard space and 2 bathrooms. It comes unfurnished but my existing housemates might leave some furniture behind if you want it. The flat is very spread out with high ceilings and wide corridors.

Move in date is 10th August. If you need to stay somewhere for a few days before that, you may be able to stay on the sofa/in my room.
