Good size double bedroom available

Hi,

I'm moving into a new flat on 16th August and am looking for a fun and sociable flatmate or couple to move into the other bedroom.

The flat itself is really spacious and I will be furnishing the kitchen and livingroom. The livingroom is massive so there would be room for other furniture if you have some you want to bring. The spare bedroom is a really good size double with carpet and comes unfurnished. There is a shared bathroom. The flat is located just on the edge of Kemptown so very handy to all the lovely little pubs and shops and also the marina and seafront are both just a short walk away.

I'm a secondary school teacher so pretty much 9-5 Mon-Fri working pattern. Looking for a flatmate/s who, on occasion, will be up for being social and doing things together.

Rent for single person: £500
Rent for a couple: £550
