Two beautiful double rooms to rent in Kemptown :)

Hey!
I have two gorgeous double rooms to rent in a beautiful flat, right on the doorstep of the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
One is a standard double with space for a double bed/chest of drawers ect, and one is a large spacious double with in built storage :)
I work in the hospital myself and am a 27 year old fun and tidy female who is looking for two pleasant people to share the flat :)
There is a possibility of rearranging the flat into a 2-bed to share with just one other person.
The idea of making it a three bed is to save everyone money! The smaller double as a three bed would be only 375 inc bills.
