Double room in East Brighton - short let

I have a light, airy, furnished, double room available (for one person), on a short-term let only, suited to someone spending time working or studying in our lovely town.
I am vegetarian and a Yoga Teacher so my home wouldn't really be suited to someone seeking the wild party life that Brighton is so famous for!
I live in East Brighton, walking distance to the Marina/seafront/East Brighton park & Kemptown. We have a fantastic bus service (24hrs), which takes about 15 mins to town - or it's a lovely walk along the seafront to the Pier.
My home is located in a small, quiet residential road. The room itself is bright and uncluttered, shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen & with a small garden too.
I'm clean, tidy, respectful, honest and easy-going (so would expect similar from guest please) and as this is my Home & not a business for me, I'm only looking for someone on a short-term basis, to help me save for a special trip next year.
