I am currently living in a great 2 bed flat in the centre of Kemp town.

My current flat mate is moving out and I am looking for someone to replace them.

The flat has a kitchen/lounge area and 2 bedrooms, one of which is en suite. The room for rent is the en suite room.

It has excellent amenities near by with good bus services to the station and into town.

I am a teacher at a school very near to the flat.

The rent is not inclusive of bills which are usually about £70 a month extra. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a washing machine.
