Spare room with en suite in Kemp Town

Hello there

I have a spare room with an en suite, available now.

My 2 bed flat is located 2 minutes from the seafront, the shops and the local Queens Park and within 20 minutes walking distance to Brighton station.

The spare room has a large window allowing lots of light and is furnished with a double bed, a built in hanging unit for clothes etc, some shelving and a foldaway desk and stool (optional). The en- suite comprises of a shower, toilet and basin.

As a person, I'm considered laid back and easy going; my aim being to create a welcoming, relaxing and warm environment for myself and others.

I enjoy spending time with my friends, music, cooking, time at the allotment, walking, reading, attending festivals and gigs and quiet nights in.

I'm clean, fairly organised and tend to tidy as I go.

I am open to renting to single professionals, overseas professionals here to learn the language and mature students and am open to considering short lets.

The room is £150 per week which covers all bills including WiFi.
