Friendly, spacious and light four bedroom vegan/vegetarian house, The house has a big open plan lower ground floor kitchen and living room, secluded south facing patio garden with additional large south facing roof terrace on on the first floor, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, utility room and a wood burner in the lounge. The bedrooms are all on separate floors which affords lots of privacy. WiFi has been bumped with a new modem and is plentifully fast at 100 mbps.

The house near to St Georges Road with its shops/pubs and cafes. Queen’s Park, the seafront and the County Hospital are 5 minutes away and we are about 15 minutes walk from Brighton Centre. Parking is In Zone H and and a permit can be obtained without wait.

The room is a small double 2.7x3.4m and furnished with a single or double bed, desk, chair, mirror, clothes rail, shelves, drawers, lamps etc. The room also occupies its own floor affording privacy and space.

The house is currently to share with myself and Irene, I work in medicine and spend free time working on illustrations, cycling and toiling on the house allotment up the hill. I’ve been developing a flower nursery and bee sanctuary. I am interested in environmental politics, music, art and vibrant cooking. Irene is a nurse working locally, she's also a dancer, vey sociable and positive and brings a lot of energy and colour into the house.

We'd Iike to find a person who likes likes a mix of friendly, sociable and private, perhaps eating together once a week or so. The house has stacks of room and is clean and Well maintained.

The house allotment also has direct sea views and a friendly fox. The plot is a 2 minute magic getaway in these times for horticulture or just spending time enjoying the views west over the city.

We're looking for someone who is convivial, friendly and either vegan/vegetarian (or happy to be that way at home)
The room is available from 3rd September and I’m happy to discuss short term arrangements from the 3 month mark including enquiries from overseas.

The rent includes Council tax/water rates/Internet. The energy bills are calculated monthly as we are living in unusual times in that department.
