A lovely double room has become available in our home as our previous housemate has moved on. We’re looking for a relaxed, easygoing female who’s hoping to find a comfortable, welcoming place to call home — not just somewhere temporary.

Our modern mid-terrace home is well cared for, clean, and homely. You’ll be sharing with just the two of us. The house offers:
• Sunny south-facing patio garden with seating & BBQ
• 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets (no queues in the morning!)
• Fast broadband & Wi-Fi (included)

Set in the heart of Kemptown:
• Walking distance to Royal Sussex County Hospital & Queen’s Park
• Around 20 minutes’ walk to Brighton Station & the city centre
• Close to the seafront, shops, cafés and bus routes

👋 About Us
We’re a friendly, easygoing couple in our mid-40s — sociable but respectful of personal space. We both work during the week and enjoy quiet evenings, with the occasional relaxed dinner or glass of wine at weekends.

We also share our home with Dave, our very friendly older cat 🐾 — so being cat-friendly is important (and occasionally feeding him if we’re away would be appreciated)
