Spacious double room to rent in basement flat in Kemp Town, just off St James Street. Shared living room, conservatory/dining room, kitchen and shared bathroom. Bathroom has shower over the bath (which can't be seen in photo). Lots of storage space which is always helpful!
Looking for a professional flatmate, who is looking for a homely environment to live and relax in.

I'm a teacher so work Monday to Friday. Ideally looking to share with someone who is independent but also would like to hang out sometimes, maybe have a glass (bottle) of wine or make dinner together.

There is on street parking, parking zone C (no waiting list for this zone).

Bills come in at around £150 each month - this covers all bills. There will be an initial agency fee too, as the property is managed by an agency.
