There is a private bathroom and shared use of the kitchen.. All bills are covered including super fast high fibre broadband. Free off road private car parking is provided. The property is ideally placed for Glyndebourne, Lewes town and Sussex University. A car user is essential although there is a regular bus service to Lewes. The property is close to the 13th century Juggs Public House and surrounded by the South Downs National Park and the South Downs Way.
Ideally I will find a house mate who harmoniously creates a good atmosphere. A tidy lodger who enjoys their privacy and equally enjoys creating warmth, sincerity and kindness.
The room will ideally suit someone who works out of home.
