The room can also include a kettle, microwave, fridge freezer and small cooker for independent living.
Also available is a snug lounge and the option of sharing the main kitchen with separate fridge and cupboards. The accommodation forms part of a detached property in the heart of a thirteenth century village close to Lewes Town and two minutes from the highly acclaimed Juggs Pub and South Downs Way.
The ideal lodger will be a hard working professional with a good sense of humour and have a love for healthy living. Respect for the environment is essential. Ideally a non smoking like minded person who minimises waste, keeps a tidy lifestyle and is respectful of others.

A clean home is essential and organic food is grown in the garden.
Tortoises and an elderly cat enjoy the privacy of this rural retreat.

A Monday to Friday resident will allow and enable private family meet ups at weekends. The accommodation includes all energy and other bills.
