I have a completely private ground floor large king-size room with tv, broadband, and exceptionally comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. The room can also include a kettle, microwave, fridge freezer and small cooker for independent living.
Also available is a snug lounge and the option of sharing the main kitchen with a separate fridge and cupboards. The accommodation forms part of a detached property in the heart of a thirteenth century village close to Lewes Town and two minutes from the highly acclaimed Juggs Pub, South Downs Way and South Downs National Park.. A day time bus service operates.
The ideal lodger will be a professional working out of home, with a good sense of humour and have a love for healthy living. Respect for the environment is essential. A non smoking like minded person who minimises waste, keeps a tidy lifestyle and is respectful of others.
I am more than willing to consider Monday to Friday (£500 pcm) or occasional nights which will be priced accordingly.
