This is a quiet household in beautiful peaceful countryside. There is a luxury Bathroom with walk in shower and bath with shower and his and her sinks. A well equipped kitchen.
The studio main room is very large with a queen size bed, two working spaces, sofa bed and arm chair, walk in cupboards and book shelves.

Although we are resident, and the heating controls are in our part of the house, we will live separately. We will provide breakfast ingredients to keep this as essentially a holiday rental, with landlord in residence status.

Under all circumstances, the stay will be a maximum of 3 months, as we are personally planning on moving into the annex ourselves thereafter.
