Shared with one other person, female ecologist in her 60’s. Each tenant has their own tenancy agreement with a private landlady living in a nearby village. Rent is £775 per month. All bills, including Council Tax (band E) average at £245 per month. A deposit will be required.

A quiet yet dynamic person who is happy to share with the gorgeous cat, would make a great co-tenant.
